OUR PROCESS
DETAILED DESIGN, PRECISE MANUFACTURING AND CLIENT SATISFACTION.
Upon receiving the design, we initiate the quoting process as the preliminary step.
Once a quote is accepted a deposit is requested, leading to a comprehensive site inspection and analysis. Subsequently, we generate detailed shop drawings for client approval, providing a clear and accurate preview of the custom joinery, manufacturing and production process.
Upon client approval, manufacturing begins. During this process, our clients have the opportunity to inspect the bespoke joinery at our workshop, prior to the commencement of installation. Final sign-off occurs after an onsite client walkthrough, ensuring satisfaction with the installed cabinetry and fixtures.

There are several aspects to our commitment to quality. Our finished products are free from scratches and dents, all doors and drawer fronts precisely aligned and equally spaced with installed joinery being level and plumb.
Drawer runners, doors hinges and other mechanisms work seamlessly using only European made Blum and Hettich hardware and our materials sourced locally from Laminex, Polytec and Timberwood Panels.
Our dedication to quality is further enriched by our extensive knowledge in the commercial and domestic joinery industry. Coming from a family of cabinet makers, we utilise our deep expertise and experience to consistently produce high-quality products.

Timing is critical in all building projects. We adhere to our factory schedules, enabling us to forecast and organise project start and completion dates, which we communicate with project managers.
This system also allows us to expedite projects when we have capacity to or notify project managers in case of any potential delays in joinery production.
Project managers appreciate this approach as it instils confidence in scheduling around or working with other trades during and following the installation of our joinery.

We actively collaborate with builders to address and resolve any problems or issues that may arise during the course of our projects, whether it’s a design challenge or an unforeseen construction issue. If it involves our joinery, we engage with the builder to find and implement solutions, ensuring a proactive approach to project success rather than simply stepping back and leaving it to the builder.

We operate our manufacturing division with a carefully planned schedule that we transparently share with all our project managers. This ensures clients are informed about the timing of both the manufacturing and installation of their joinery.
Our commitment to transparency and ease of communication facilitates efficient timeline management and alleviates the associated pressure which often comes with high pressure projects.
When problems arise, we collaborate with builders and other trades where necessary, to find solutions. Despite potential short-term labour costs, this approach fosters long-term relationships with builders.
Being recognised as an easily approachable trade reduces builders’ stress and contributes to the strength of our relationships within the industry.
